Alexander Prescott

Alexander Hamilton Prescott III is a distinguished federal litigator with over 22 years of experience practicing before federal courts across the United States. Admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and multiple federal district courts, Mr. Prescott has built a reputation as one of the Southeast's premier federal practitioners. His practice spans both criminal and civil federal litigation, with particular expertise in RICO prosecutions, Section 2255 habeas corpus petitions, Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA) challenges, and complex intellectual property disputes in federal court. He has successfully argued before the Eleventh Circuit on numerous occasions and has filed amicus briefs with the Supreme Court.
